Live a nourished life.Have you ever reached for food to relax? I can imagine that many of you are answering yes. I also imagine that some of the times you reach for food to relax it is a conscious choice while at other times it’s not. It’s only after we eat that we realize, OH maybe I was doing that to calm down.
